So, I’m back in Finland for I don’t know how long. Probably not that long… Because I’m going back in a couple of weeks.
The last days went by in such a rush I didn’t feel like leaving on sunday, so I rebooked the flight to Tuesday and then convinced Johanna to stay too. (But she was quite easy to convince though…) So we stayed until Tuesday and just chilled and walked on Oxford street and some streets nearby (hairdressers are friggin hard to find in London! >.<) Roxy was refurbishing on Sunday and Monday. We peeked by, but didn’t stay. Went to the nearby park and practiced some flairing (I’d really love to work in a flairbar) and then the time was up almost too quickly. :’( After almost 12 hours travelling we arrived in Helsinki at 2 am and slept until 2pm (well… almost… I woke up around 10-11 but decided against getting up from bed.) The other day I think I said I longed for my own bed, now I know that’s not true, what I longed for was my apartment. By bed I could throw out the window any minute – my back hurts from it >.<
About the Course:
The test was okay, I did quite good, some stuff I had forgotten, like the… ha! I’m not gonna tell you
(but honestly, if you’re not drunk 24/7 during the course you have nothing to worry about) The last day before the test was fun too, we got to make all the drinks we hadn’t made and those we felt insecure about… we had an awesome last night out and then it was time to leave… I didn’t get to say godbye to everybody. They just disappeared and then they were gone. Don’t know if I’ll ever see them again, but I hope so.
Britt and Johanna I will see again because Britt is still in London and Johanna and I are going there again in a couple of weeks.
If you’re thinking of joining barschool and don’t know if you should go to Mallorca or London, forget the sun, go to London! I so recommend it!
The people, the pulse, the city, the whole the everything. And foremost there’s Roxy! Who can’t fall in love with Roxy?!? And yeah, the teachers are great too
Just to summarize the whole stay I’ve compiled a list of reasons to drink and reasons not to drink with the help from my friends. (Guys I’m gonna miss you! <3)
